Service Questions
Most orders are processed instantly once payment is confirmed. In rare cases where automatic processing fails, manual processing may take 2-48 hours.
Orders can only be cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once payment is processed, the service is delivered automatically and cannot be cancelled. Please contact support if you have issues.
We support all major Syrian mobile networks including Syriatel and MTN for mobile top-ups and units.
Currently, our money transfer services are limited to recipients within Syria through our supported platforms (Syriatel Cash, MTN Cash, and exchange services).
Account Questions
Click on "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter your email, and we will send you a password reset link. You can also receive the link via WhatsApp if needed.

Technical Questions
Yes! Absher is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can install it on your phone for a native app experience. Look for the "Install App" button in Settings.
Go to Settings and tap "Enable Notifications". On iOS, you need to install the app first before enabling notifications. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Try clearing your cache from the Settings menu. If the problem persists, make sure you have a stable internet connection or try refreshing the page.
